Each system includes Argon-back-purged TIG welded seams and is finished with a high-grade Cerakote thermal coating that effectively reduces heat emission and improves resistance to corrosion and discoloration. T304 Stainless Steel is the preferred material over titanium because it offers greater reliability and a reduced likelihood of heat-related stress fractures, despite being heavier. Leveraging advanced technology and expertise from their partners, Brixton Forged employs sophisticated processes including 3D scanning, CAD design, rapid prototyping, CNC machining, and 3D printing. These methods allow for precise reverse engineering and optimization of their exhaust systems’ designs and manufacturing processes. Each exhaust system starts with a precise 3D scan of the vehicle, conducted with state-of-the-art laser scanners to ensure accurate fit and installation.
