Brixton Forged manufactures their exhaust kits in California, using the highest-grade T304 Stainless Steel for outstanding durability and performance. Each system is built with Argon-back-purged TIG welded seams and finished with a superior Cerakote thermal coating that minimizes heat radiation and provides excellent protection against corrosion and fading. T304 Stainless Steel is chosen over titanium due to its greater reliability and lower susceptibility to heat-related stress cracks, even though it is heavier than titanium. Brixton Forged takes advantage of the latest technologies and the expertise of its partners, using methods such as 3D scanning, CAD design, rapid prototyping, CNC machining, and 3D printing to precisely reverse engineer and improve the design and production processes for their exhaust systems. Every system begins with a detailed 3D scan of the vehicle, performed with advanced laser scanners to ensure an exact fit.
