T304 Stainless Steel is chosen over titanium for its greater reliability and lower risk of heat-related stress fractures, even though it is heavier. These methods enable precise reverse engineering and optimization of the design and manufacturing processes for their exhaust systems. Production starts with a detailed 3D scan of the vehicle using sophisticated laser scanners to ensure an exact fit and installation.
