T304 Stainless Steel is preferred over titanium for its greater reliability and reduced risk of heat-related stress fractures, despite being heavier. Leveraging advanced technology and partner expertise, Brixton Forged employs methods such as 3D scanning, CAD design, rapid prototyping, CNC machining, and 3D printing. These techniques allow precise reverse engineering and optimization of the design and manufacturing processes for their exhaust systems. The production process begins with an accurate 3D scan of the vehicle using advanced laser scanners to ensure a perfect fit and installation.
